After Old Boy was unfortunately cited as an influence by the disaffected youth at the centre of the Virginia Tech shootings, Chan-wook Park courts controversy once again when his cyborg pops her finger ends and goes on a shooting spree at the hospital.
It is just a fantasy sequence, but isn't that what all movies are ? Confused comedy, well shot and well acted. It has its moments but runs out of steam and interest well before the end.
