A fairly decent film. I liked Mike Hodges direction, which was very old school. Clive Owen does a good job as the reformed criminal out for revenge. However, if you expect a crazy British gangster film like "Layer Cake" or "Snatch", then this film is not for you.
It's more of a character study than crime drama.
