If you liked Lost in Translation, you might like this. Equally slow-moving and boring. Danner was interesting but I didn't really have much sympathy for her character. Her house was sterile and she was too.
She was either very emotionally shut-down or there was just nothing there. And her relationship with her daughter was odd. I could have almost been a depression commercial. Old people smoking pot: not funny.
Maybe I wasn't quite old enough to be the target audience for this movie. There was just something disconnected about it.
