Soppy, cringey love-fest that comes across too intense and sudden to be believable. Some okay moments to make it watchable and a nice film if you're into your musical instruments and a relationship revolving around 2 musicians.
Overall rather shallow. Very abrupt ending, as in the book, but spoils the overall feel of the movie.
