I did enjoy this film. I didn't read the book so not sure how true it was to the story but I was definitely one of the people sniffling in the theater. It had some very touching moments. I really enjoyed the family dynamic.
Chloe Grace Moretz was so amazing in this film. The chemistry between her and Jamie Blackley was great. It kept me interested and of course was really sad. I thought it was done well too. Not a movie I need to rush out and own but if you are in the mood for a movie about first love and loss with music being an important character then I recommend this.
