Review of If I Stay (2014) by James B — 08 May 2015
If I Stay is one of those movies that tries so much to make you sad. Chloe Grace Moretz is a fine young star in the making, and she gives her all in this role. The story does feature some cool elements, but the beginning of the romance feels so unrealistic.
The family aspect is not too bad in this film, sometimes it is even good. But this movie is way too manipulative, and the romance fails big time.
