Those Brits and their boarding schools. Insults abound leading to a student uprising. Switching from black and white to color and incorporating some touches of absurdism, this film still shocks. The camera loves McDowellsâ?? sly looks and it is easy to see why he won the lead for A Clockwork Orange.
