Review of if.... (1968) by Chris K — 22 May 2009
A remarkable piece of visual storytelling but dramatically dull and boring. If is an interesting piece and reminds me of Elephant, both have great photography and direction but unlike Elephant, If, is not totally engaging.
Nothing happens, or at least nothing appears to happen until the great climatic end. A good watch but disappointing.
