Well, uh, its a movie about a severed hand that starts killing people. I think I watched it in '99 when it came out on HBO. From what I remember it wasn't terrible, but probably just because of the cast (Vivica Fox, Jessica Alba, Seth Green).
I want to watch it again just for some 90's nostalgia and might pick it up it it's in the Wal-Mart $5 movie bin.
