Review of Idiocracy (2006) by Erikj — 14 Nov 2007
Almost a 10/10 on the president's opening line to the American People: 'SHUDDUP!' I think this movie is hilarious, and at the same time scary and depressing. I usually don't find any sort of movie scary, but this one actually gave me the chills, often while laughing hysterically.
If you've got lots of kids, or don't think a lot, this isn't the movie for you. I never thought I'd think of Mike Judge as a good filmmaker, but Office Space and this are making me reconsider.
Careful people, this could easily be the future.
