I was so excited to see this. I bought the movie. It wasn't funny at all. What a big disappointment. I love Melissa McCarthy in Mike & Molly. The writer for this did a rotten job. The writer didn't write any funny lines, or funny situations, or anything.
They have Melissa cussing all the time, and it doesn't fit in with what I would expect her character to be like. They have Jason cussing, which doesn't add to the film, it's a distraction.
. It was stressful to watch. It was uncomfortable to watch. Kept waiting for 'funny'. Kept waiting for Melissa and Jason to not be trashy..
