What I loved about Identity Thief was that it wasn't a predictable movie. I knew in the end they would end up friends but I literally had no idea how the story was going to take us there. There are some pure genuine laughs to be had; McCarthy really is an excellent comedian. If the part was given to anyone else, I don't think this movie would of been as good. I also enjoyed how this movie was about the opposite sex forming a friendship, the guy getting the girl at the end has been done so many times....it's...well...boring.
7/10 for it's great casting and non-predictable plot.
