Review of ICHI (2008) by Scott G — 11 Aug 2010
A blind women travelling, along with her musical instrument, playing where she can, with hidden samuri skills, she gets tsangled up in a war when she meets a young samuri with a troubled past, and not just his, but her past comes to the forefront once more, some great swordplay, but a interesting drama on top, a film that knows how to juggle the two, its never dull and never over the top like most japanes films set in modern times.
a good old fashioned samuri film, good to see.
