Directed by Paul Norman.

Written by Sven Davison & David Dobkin.

Genre: Comedy/Horror.

MPAA: Rated R for strong horror/terror and gore, and for a brief view of a sexual photo.

Runtime: 84 minutes.

Plot Summary: Poor Gregory! After being released from the Wishing Well Sanatorium, all he wants to do is make the children happy. So Gregory reopens the old ice cream factory, and all the unappreciative brats are reprocessed into the flavor of the day! - IMDB.

Ron Howard's creepy brother stars as the Ice Cream Man in this cult cheese film of the same name. What starts out as low-budget fun soon turns into a tedious excuse for lack of plot. An ice cream man is a potentially scary character in a horror film. But the camp displayed in this film takes away from the creeps. It still is hard to watch though; the Ice Cream Man scoops out mouse and eyeball infested ice cream for unsuspecting customers. A terrible movie, but watching it in MST3K-mode with a group of friends will make it not only watchable, but amazing. That is if you don't fall asleep first.
