The cinematography and FX where admirable, but the tone makes the movie confusing to watch. More than any other film I've seen this movie CAN NOT decide what it wants to be- is it horror? Comedy? Just plain old weird? This decision is never made, making 'Ice Cream Man' kind of frustrating to watch.
