Review of Ice Age: The Meltdown (2006) by Gustavmarkovic31 . — 11 Sep 2012
Quite a disappointing film. there wasn't enough interest, and I didn't find it at all humourous. it saves itself (just) with some great computer effects. the voices don't seem to fit the characters like they did in the first film.
and pretty much nothing happened, yet I admit the scene where they are on the cracking ice with the water predators about 20-30 minutes in is very entertaining. and they used scrat, the little pesky creature who can't quite hold onto that acorn for more than 10 seconds, way too much.
they obviously were strapped for funny ideas and slapstick jokes that the main characters could use.
