Review of I Was Monty's Double (1958) by Andrew S — 03 Jun 2008
An amusing but true story of the man who impersonated Monty to distract the Germas in the buid up to D-day. Great perfomances from John Mills and M.E. Clifton James who recreates his real life role as Monty's double.
Includes some small appearances by other up and coming stars including Leslie Phillips and Sid James. Very enjoyable and definitely not your average war flick.
