Review of I Want Someone to Eat Cheese With (2006) by Colin H — 28 Jan 2010
Not hilarious, dont listen to the critics on this take. I "gaffawed" a couple times, but nothing funny enough to laugh to.Nothing was definitive or set, it was just repetive..and only about ONE thing through the movie.
YOu can MAKE repetiveness catchy..if you make a big enough part for your character, but it was too short and got dull over the same thing going nowhere WITH it.Jeff Garlin..I enjoyed watching his performance.
.though his performance in this film...wasn't conducted as well as I think he can do...though this IS the 1st film Ive seen him in, I believe. Sarah Silverman was in it, for a QUATER of the film, as one of the leading ladies! She was rude, trite, and TOO odd, director put her in TOO odd an angle to understand her.
You never understood who she was, or why..The end of the movie, I would liked to have been the middle...I was waiting for more.
