Some very real moments, some very funny moments, but Garlins vision feels underdone, and so unrealized. Both Bonnie Hunt and Sarah Silverman are appealingly sharp yet needy, and some of the smartest workhorses in sketch comedy do some fine bits, too fine for the 'Sweet" movie catagory the film finallly falls into.
