The fisherman with a hook still remembers what Julie James (Jennifer Love Hewitt) did last summer (shouldn't that be last last summer, or something since this takes place one year later than the first movie?) and is out for revenge by killing some random people.
What we have here is the typical 90's horror flick. The first one was bad, but this one flat out suck. Predictable? Yes. Stupid? Yes. Scary? No. Worth seeing? No. End of story.
