Mildly better than the horrifically disgusting original. Why did I watch this? Well, I was impressed with the remake of 'Last House On The Left', which took a similarly-themed and vile original and turned it into something more respectable.
This was slightly more respectful towards the female lead, but was still quite awful. I'm all for revenge films, but this seemed to be less about revenge and more about gore.
