A very good film for those who enjoy it when the bulk of the horror goes to those who deserve it. The rape scenes are sick and disturbing and become frustratingly and uncomfortably prolonged, yet are definitely necessary to the film.
However. this is outweighed by the satisfaction of seeing Jennifer carry out her revenge, each fitting the crime beautifully: yet with gore. Enjoyable for those who like to see the villains get their comeuppance.
If you liked The Last House On The Left you should like this. (For anyone who has issues which eyes I seriously recommend watching with a friend who can give you a nudge when the disgusting scene is over!).
