2: The fog is plentiful, the accents British, the sets quite a throwback, the story memorable, but it's a little too much of a pastiche to really work. It seems like there are a bit too many films packed into one here.
It would play great with the right crowd in a theater, but I wasn't quite in the mood. It's an interesting premise with a very unique atmosphere and a nice ending.
