Review of I Sell the Dead (2008) by Daniel L — 04 Sep 2014
Before his segment in V/H/S, Glenn McQuad made an indie horror comedy called I Sell the Dead. For a low budget film. The effects are really good and it's got Ron Perlman in it which he's good in it.
I didn't find it scary, but I did find this movie moderately funny. However, the film has a very slow pace and it's not that exciting to watch. I actually fall asleep watching this movie, and when I have the chance to watch it again, I had to go back to where I was at.
It has interesting characters and I wanted to see what they are going to do next. It's got some twists that I actually don't mind and it worked well. It's a decent movie that zombie fans would like.
