This unceasingly violent and gruesome film should be hard to watch with its ambitious length and graphic nature, but the fascinating script and exhilarating camera work keep it enthralling throughout. Min-sik Choi also delivers an unforgettable performance as a psychopathic killer on par with Anthony Hopkins a la Silence of the Lambs.
