This was an excellent revenge film from director Jee-Woon Kim (A Tale Of Two Sisters).
It's a slow boil of a movie with an excellent pace. It begs to ask who is the monster in this movie, Kim Soo-Hyeon the secret agent (played by Byung-Hun Lee) or Kyung-Chul the serial killer? They both do terrible things but we root for Kim because his fiancà (C) and unborn child were killed by Kyung.
It is very violent quite a bit and they do a great job of special and visual effects.
