Review of I Origins (2014) by Diganta B — 16 Dec 2014
Okay :P.
First of all, I got confused why a scientist would intentionally work to crush the religious beliefs and act as an atheist activist. then I found its a fantasy film where Mr. scientist is very keen to have statements against religion.
The director tries to hit on my raw-atheism randomly, and by this he challenges a little thing & makes his sci-fi a little funny. He makes scientists a stubborn guy, and believers the open-minded which is not practically correct! Whatever, films aren't much bound to be practically correct, they have spaces to declare a bourgeois religious leader (Dalai Lama) as something greater. :P.
There were chances to make a larger conclusive outcome through this very approach, but fall down for its rough intentional effort. The characterization, camera works and music was amusing, and I loved to watch this unless the last 30 minutes.
