What almost most certainly would have been a predictable goofy Adam Sandler buddy comedy turned out to be a touching, subtly homo-erotic comedy about accepting people for who they are, rather than persecuting them.
Since this film advocates social change and acceptance, then all right-wing Christian fundamentalists should run for the hills.
