Review of I Love You Phillip Morris (2010) by Shannon P — 31 May 2011

I don't really know where to begin with this one. Jim Carrey and Ewan McGregor both turn in great performances. The story is based off true events which made it a tad difficult to believe. I mean seriously, how many times can a guy bust out of prison and the guards who work don't recognize him? Anyways, I think my favorite part was the ending before the ending and people who have seen this will hopefully know what I mean.

Not a bad film, but also not a fantastic film by any means, I Love You Philip Morris showcases the acting talents of its two leads well, however; left me underwhelmed.
