A very entertaining tale of a (real) guy who doesn't mean to be bad but is just too nutty to function in society. Jim Carrey occasionally slips into the Old Jim Carrey Schtick, but otherwise gives a good performance.
It's tragic and funny at the same time, which is hard to pull off. Quite the "truth stranger than fiction" story.
