It's good. But not that good! Just like a lot of films of the same genre its enjoyable while watching but not necessarily memorable. Paul Rudd did a great job as the nice guy. Jason Segel was way too relaxed.
But in the end, I'd put it down to the director who had an idea and followed it through quite well.
