Review of I Love You, Man (2009) by Léyla R — 31 Dec 2012

Finally, Paul Rudd is back to the Paul Rudd I have become a fan of over the years. After some pretty ordinary roles in recent times, Rudd was his usual self in this movie - more like the Paul Rudd we met on 'Friends'.

I really enjoyed this film! It delivered plenty of laughs throughout the movie and is probably one of my favourite comedies of 2009.

Jason Segel is good also, but it's Rudd who takes the cake. I don't know Segel from many films or TV but he puts in a pretty solid performance here.

The other main cast member is Rashida Jones from 'The Office'. She wasn't my favourite character on The Office but I thought she was rather likeable here as Rudd's partner, in what should be a positive move for her career.

All in all, I liked this movie much more than I thought I would and I'd highly recommend it to all.
