A peculiar - but nevertheless entertaining - documentary about Greenwich Village restaurant owner Kenny Shopsin who is not shy in expousing his views and beliefs whilst serving the populace of New York.
The guy is a bit of a dick, but an affable dick, and you learn that underneath all his bull, bravado and bluster lies a real gent with a heart of gold.
