I guess the best I can say here is, "I didn't hate it." The Drew character (Jesse Bradford) was by far the most interesting character of the bunch, and I would have rated this movie much lower had he not been in it (the diarrhea scene was too much).
As far as bachelor parties gone wrong movies go, watch The Hangover instead.
