So, I bought this movie knowing only what little I had heard from the book. But I gave it a try.
I don't fully understand why this movie gets so much flack? I mean, yes, Tucker Max is a terrible person. Yes, it is comparable to the Hangover, and yes, this movie isn't meant for everyone. but here's my take...
Tucker is a bad guy, no one had ever disputed that. His actions make you wonder if he even has a soul, but he's still entertaining. His friends are great! I thought that Drew MADE this movie! He is so often quotable, and hilarious. Even if you don't like the movie as a whole, you have to concede that there are a few moments that are at the very least mildly entertaining.
Overall, I loved this movie, and I have no regrets buying it. I admit, Tucker max is a BAD guy and I would never associate with him, but I look forward to hearing future exploits of his.
