There's not much to the film. It's a sweet and cute romantic comedy, light and fun to watch, but also quite forgettable. Nia Vardalos and John Corbett make a cute couple, they have great chemistry, but I think it's really hard to re-create the success they had in My Big Fat Greek Wedding.
