Review of I Hate Valentine's Day (2009) by Adam C — 13 Feb 2016

I decided to watch this as it is Valentines Day tomorrow and this review would be fitting. I watched this because it had a interesting concept on love dating and relationships. The premise was the guy was interested in the owner of the florist however she had rules about dating and how love the dating/relationship will last kinda like she had to be in control of it.

The girl basically had a five date rule policy that the whole dating period will be over 5 dates and then its over. Basically all fun and games but no depth but in saying that the fun and games did not mean it included a physical relationship.

You had a feeling in the movie there had to be more a reason why she was this way what made her kinda broken.

Through the movie you find out she has issues with her dad and how basically her dad cheating on her mum caused her outlook on relationships to be warped.

The pivitol moment is the movie for me was the moment she confronts her dad about his cheating on her mum and how that made her feel and it was amazing to see how the dad basically say and I quote "I don't see how your me leaving your mother had anything to do with you" She comes back and says something like what he did caused her whole outlook on relationships to be strange and not lasting long etc...

This actually gave the movie credibility for me.

This is a good date movie and a good movie to get your guys back in check for you ladies out there.

Recommended for all and it has a sex kinda scene that kids should just be monitored by the parental units for other than that its all clear.
