When I marked that I wanted to see this, I wrote, "This sounds so ridiculous but it could well be AWESOMELY ridiculous. It's certainly got enough decent actors involved." Sadly...no. Some of the acting really was good (honestly, is Bill Nighy capable of acting badly?), but overall it was an interesting premise and a few cool ideas mired down in stuff that was just.
..dumb. Some of the effects were cool, though.
