Review of I, Frankenstein (2014) by Richard M — 25 May 2014

Loved this movie. Not sure why everyone is saying it was bad. It's really good. You can only do so many retellings of the original but if you want to get the monster to dwell in todays world you have to do away with the flat head and bolts on the neck visual.

It was really nice to see Yvonne Strahovski as the researcher/scientist (from "Chuck" the tv show) and the rest of the cast did well. I liked the idea that Gargoyles are more agents for good.

Good special effects and the action pace was quite enjoyable. There were a few little bits I would have liked to have seen done better but folks giving this movie a one star rating don't know how to enjoy a movie like this.

Not sure what you folks were expecting but sometimes you just have to willing to let go of the expectations and jump on board for the ride. I did and was not in the least dissapointed.
