A great premise gone amiss, thanks to the director never letting us see the new, sexy renee that the bang to the noggin causes her to see. this is a major weakness that dogs this film throughout. also, schumer's performance is confusingly uneven.

I realize she is portraying a "reborn/remade woman" here, but renee unbelievably turns from humble and sweet to cocky and "all that" just too easily. This film had some funny parts, but not enough to save it.

this movie is mediocre and does not feel pretty at all. awkward is more like it.
