4/5. Cruel, raw, rough yet sensitive. Ken Loach comes back with a Palme d'Or winning film, ten years after 'The Wind that Shakes the Barley', pointing his finger to the infamous British providence system.
Realistic almost to the extreme, it has and will cause discontent.
