Review of I Confess (1953) by Matthew C — 05 Jul 2009
Brilliant! Great hero in Fr. Logan. Hitchcock delivers on how the sanctity of confession is greater than the law, and the truth will prevail no matter the obstacles or extreme situations. More of a provocative drama than a fullout suspense, I really enjoyed how this movie resolved itself using Christ imagery to bolster Fr.
Logan. Hitchcock does it again.
