Apparently every antagonist in this film is incompetent, bordering on being mentally handicapped.
The super-assassin (female of course) knocks the protagonist's car off the road, and then apparently assumes, "Well, the car left the asphalt, clearly shes dead".
Every scene is like this.
Burn it with fire.
