The story line was a step up for Perry - best screenplay yet. Very enjoyable. Taraji's performance makes it all work. She holds it down. It was just the right amount of Madea & Joe to keep it light at the right moment.
The Sandino character has great lines! Just one question - why do almost all of Perry's movies have to have a wedding somewhere in them? (Look for a sneak appearance of Toni Braxton.).
