Review of I Can Do Bad All By Myself (2009) by Diana D — 03 Feb 2010
This is one of Perry's better efforts. The story is so touching and deals with many issues that the African-American community must face. The way it plays out is so engaging. The comical elements of Madea are welcome relief in some parts, but the serious sections of the film are also fitting.
Cameos (with singing!) from Knight and Blige are very refreshing.
