Review of I Am the Pretty Thing That Lives in the House (2016) by Antony P — 02 Dec 2017
Starts as it ends, with a pretentious quote delivered in an excruciating monotone. "A house with a death in it can never again be bought or sold by the living". If that were the case a huge number of houses would sit vacant.
I feel vacant after watching this movie where every second is a visual or auditory excruciating extraction of our precious time.. E.....ve.......ry........thing is dragged out for no apparent reason. The budget for this movie is less than a month's subscription to Netflix.
Take my advise, go walk your dog, feed your goldfish, climb a tree, clean the litter box - do anything but waste your time on this movie.
