Great to look at, well acted, really spooky, and with a wholly original idea about the nature of ghosts. It's definitely a slow burn, but unlike, say, House of the Devil, it doesn't waste any of its minutes just burning up minutes-it is always either carefully moving the plot, or ratcheting up the tension, or constructing its interesting take on ghosts.

I loved it.
