Review of I Am Number Four (2011) by Sarah K — 15 Mar 2013
It was good but not amazing. The acting was quite poor to be honest, from what I expected of this awesome cast. The action was intense at the end but dialogue was painful and not really relevant to the plot most of the time.
The cinematography was actually quite good. I want to read the book to see whether this movie did it justice. It had the potential to be a great movie, but it just lacked that wow factor to make it memorable.
A few of my friends have read the book and wanted to watch the movie but I think it was just because Alex Pettyfer takes his shirt off to be frank. I would be interested to see what a sequel would bring but otherwise, I don't plan on watching this movie over and over again.
