Intense throughout and funny when it needs to be, 'I am Not a Serial KIller', hits most of the right notes. Max Records turns in a nuanced performance as a sociopath. Christopher Lloyd hasn't been better in decades.
The final scene is spine tingling. I enjoyed it, it kept me on edge. Am I the only one who can't help but see Bernie Sanders every time Lloyd was shown with no hat and his glasses on. Final Score: 7.
