Review of I Am David (2003) by Michelle M — 24 Jul 2008

This story is intense, but as the character moves through more unrealistic improbably lucky events, the intensity falls away because you no longer feel like you're watching the story of a brave boy - you feel like you're just watching a movie.

Then all of a sudden, BOOM! It ends! The main character is an incredible actor though, and its a feel good kind of story. There are some deep thoughts, but overall it was just an "eh" movie to me.
